Con líneas nítidas y elementos de estilo tridimensionales, el interior del nuevo Audi Q3 es una continuación del diseño exterior. El tablero, en óptica black panel, rodea al elemento central del nuevo concepto de manejo: la pantalla MMI touch. Todas las pantallas, botones y controles están situados ergonómicamente, así como los asientos y el volante, que proporcionan una posición de conducción deportiva.

En caso de que se adquieran los servicios de Audi connect y los paquetes de datos opcionales, su módulo de transmisión de datos puede utilizar el estándar LTE Advanced como un punto Wi-Fi. Mediante el Audi smartphone interface se enlazan los teléfonos iOS y Android de los usuarios, situándose los entornos Apple Car Play o Android Auto en la pantalla del MMI. El nuevo Audi Q3 cuenta con dos motores TFSI, en combinación con la tracción delantera o la tracción quattro. Su potencia máxima va de 150 a 180 caballos de fuerza. La tracción total permanente, en el motor 2.0, contribuye un reparto óptimo de la fuerza del motor y mayor estabilidad. El control de descenso mantiene la velocidad seleccionada al afrontar una pendiente con gran desnivel, y el conductor puede variar las características del vehículo utilizando el sistema de conducción dinámica Audi drive select, que ofrece seis programas, uno para cada situación.
