La Botica
As one of the original mezcal bars in Mexico City, La Botica continues to be a strong supporter of small, independent distilleries. With six locations across the city, the original establishment in Condesa is charmingly tiny with handwritten menus and minimal interior décor.

Found in the heart of historic Coyoacán, this spot is more of a restaurant than bar and is definitely more touristy (and pricier) than the other mentioned mezcalerías.
